It's very hard not to think about the things that worry us. I have read a lot about thinking positive and the intention-manifestation model and I try to follow it whenever I can. One thing I do enjoy is closing my eyes and relaxing while I play a movie in my head about where I want to be and what I want to have. After doing this for about ten minutes, I feel great!
